OPIP (Operational Performance Improvement Projects) was founded in 2009 and began operating in 2016. We are a privately owned company based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
We bring more than 25 years of experience in World-Class Manufacturing (WCM), Lean, Six Sigma, Business Process Re-engineering and Theory of Constraints concepts, methodologies, techniques and tools.
This experience spans manufacturing, high-speed processing services, project management, construction and mining.
